About E-Walk & Pentacity Member Card<\/a><\/div>

  1. Cards are used for point redemption at e-Walk and Pentacity Customer Service<\/li>\n
  2. Cards can not be used for any purchase<\/li>\n
  3. Cards are non-transferable<\/li>\n
  4. Holder of this card is entitled and bound with the terms and conditions of e-Walk\u00a0and Pentacity Management<\/li>\n
  5. Valid only at e-Walk and Pentacity Balikpapan Superblock<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    How To Be A Member<\/a><\/div>

    1. Complete fill out a form that has been provided by the customer service<\/li>\n
    2. The registration is free without charge<\/li>\n
    3. The membership applies to one year after the first registration date and can be\u00a0renewed or extended<\/li>\n
    4. All of the information displayed in registration form can be use for marketing\u00a0communications purposes of e-Walk and pentacity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
      Terms & Conditions<\/a><\/div>

      1. Minimum purchase of 500.000 IDR in all of e-Walk and Pentacity\u2019s tenant is entitled with one (1) member card for the first purchase and automatically acquire two (2) points<\/li>\n
      2. Minimum purchase of 250.000 IDR will acquire one (1) point<\/li>\n
      3. Applies multiply with a precondition that the transaction took a place on one day\u00a0or the same date in one time post (registration)<\/li>\n
      4. The bill receipt that is valid only comes from e-Walk and Pentacity\u2019s tenant<\/li>\n
      5. This program does not apply to the purchase in exhibition area<\/li>\n
      6. Cards must be kept by the customer holders and can not be changes ownership<\/li>\n
      7. Cards must be shown in point acquiring and point changing<\/li>\n
      8. This program does not applicable to the employee and management staff of PT.\u00a0Wulandari Bangun Laksana, Tenant, Supplier, Outsource and their relatives<\/li>\n
      9. E-Walk and pentacity\u2019s management have a right to rescind the card if found any\u00a0one of the terms and conditions have been violated. The violation with one or\u00a0more terms require to restore the prize\/reward that he\/she already gained<\/li>\n
      10. The e-Walk and pentacity\u2019s management decision is absolute discretion and\u00a0inviolable<\/li>\n
      11. The customer that is eligible to follow this program must be citizen of Republic of\u00a0Indonesia aged 17 years and over<\/li>\n
      12. E-Walk and pentacity\u2019s management can give clarifications on doubtful\u00a0transactions and refuse the legitimacy of the receipt, including compiling receipts\u00a0of another customers<\/li>\n
      13. E-walk and pentacity\u2019s management have a right to decline the bill receipts and\u00a0doing the investigations or legal actions if there are any fraudulency indicated in\u00a0the using of cards in accordance of the legal law<\/li>\n
      14. If there are no other transactions starting from one year after the last transaction\u00a0held, the card will be deactivated<\/li>\n
      15. The regulations , terms and conditions may change throughout the period of time<\/li>\n
      16. In case of damage or loss of the member card, the card will be replaced and\u00a0charged for 50.000 IDR<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
